Tried to submit a feedback but it kept saying the store #was not valid. It’s printed on the receipt. I received subpar food from this location. Chicken leg was broken in two and the biscuits I love didn’t even have honey on them, just ordinary biscuits 🙃. I realize it was a holiday but subpar food is not right. Won’t go to this place again. Sad.
i just took your survey 10 days after my purchase and was denied for not entering soon enough….but i noticed on the receipt that their is not a required time to enter……why?….and why is this location never having SPICY chicken no matter what time of day or nite you visit their?
Restaurant no.839 went in to churches because the drive thru was to long waiting on chicken I asked for white and dark meat cashier told me I can only get dark I told him I don’t care how much it cost I wanted dark and white meat this cashier was so rude to me telling me he don’t have time for this I have never experience anything like this I’m am so sorry I didn’t check my box of chicken when I got home open up the box it was all dark meat and they charged me for white and dark me I tried calling the store but no one answer there who do I complain to about this on my receipt cashier name is Briana C store 839 504 341-1839 check:10083 at 07:22pm on 3/162023 I would like to be refunded for the charge of the white chicken I did not received.
Just bought a 10 piece box of chicken, legs & thighs, and I bit into a drumstick and I swear it was like that turkey on Christmas Vacation. The ENTIRE box was like that. I couldn’t get enough chicken out of all the pieces to make a sandwich. 34th Street So., St. Petersburg, FL

Bad service, got order wrong. Had to repeat order over and over. $18.16 for 4 piece and small okra in 2 big boxes , asked for 6 pice and large okra. Workers were too busy taking to each other , I’m done with churchs.
I’m really upset with service first employee said was going to be 15 minutes wait and then I went in after sitting in drive thru for 45 minutes lady said it would be 8 more minutes waited several minutes it should not take a hour to receive food at drive thru and you still have get out of you cat and get your own food. this happened in clarksville Tennessee on riverside. I was late for work and manager offer me something extra and I got nothing but in sorry for your wait.
Went to the church’s chicken on Phelan Blvd @ Dowlen road in Beaumont Texas, didn’t check my food before driving away. Ordered a chicken leg and a chicken wing with a lemon icebox pie,got home and my food not only chicken cold and hard it wasn’t what I ordered they gave me 2 hard dry chicken breast and a hard cold chicken leg. This is awful this is not the first time said I wasn’t going back but tried to give it another try after a couple of months again today I was very disappointed through $ 5 in the garbage .at 12:30 PM the food should be fresh and hot .church’s chicken has really gone dow.best churchs chicken was back in the 80s that was the best chicken you could eat none care anymore about what they are serving the customers. Believe me this time I want go back
I went to store number 826. Order number 1076150. Which is 3 piece.mix meal with a drink. I paid $7.64. When I got home. There was only 2 pieces of chicken in my box. If they didn’t have their child in the office. Maybe they could have gotten my order right. This is not the first time I have been to this restaurant where they have allowed their children in the back.
